EV Conversion Program Introduction
1. "Cancel the original loader engine, replace it with a PMSM drive motor, the corresponding parameters to reasonably match the associated structure also need to make corresponding changes.Matching motor rated voltage 624VDC, rated torque 1375Nm, rated power 267kw, peak speed 3500rpm, completely covering the external characteristic curve of the engine which can meet the needs of various working conditions." 
2. Eliminating the fuel tank and exchange the power source by the EV Power Battery.
3. The elimination of the engine and the associated accessories, the original hydraulic system, and the transmission cooling system requires the development of an electronic oil cooler. 
4. Retrofitting to a new energy EV loader, involving the redesign of instrumentation parameters and displays.

6X4 Heavy Truck Retrofiting
The shift to electric powered car is on the rise as many vehicle makers now have hybrid or fully electric cars in their lineup. This trend is also making inroads on the heavy-duty truck side as well. Most OEMs are working in conjunction with electric motor and accessory suppliers to produce fully electric driven vehicles.Most commercial vehicles converted to fully electric are being retrofit on existing chassis.
Vehicle Matching Scheme and Product Advantages
Two Power Matching Schemes for 6X4 Pure Electric Dump Truck:

1. The direct drive system, using double PMSM direct drive system, the drive motor is directly connected to the main Axle through the transmission shaft, the transmission efficiency is up to more than 95%, the drive system has no gearbox, the system has high reliability, low cost, suitable for the road better conditions. The hydraulic lifting system is powered by a separate PMSM to achieve zero emission.
2. EMT system adopts permanent magnet synchronous motor + gearbox scheme. The output torque of the drive system is large, and the vehicle has strong climbing ability, which is suitable for various complex working conditions. High requirements for transmission performance to ensure the stability and reliability of the power system. The hydraulic lifting system is powered by the gearbox force extractor to achieve zero emission of the vehicle.
EV Compared to Conventional Diesel Vehicles:
6X4 Pure Electric Dump Truck running noise is low, no clutch transmission system, simple operation, labor saving, good comfort.
The acceleration performance is Great, determined by the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor (low speed and large torque), and the whole vehicle starts to accelerate.
The daily maintenance cost is low, the maintenance is simple, the power system mechanical parts are less, the mechanical fault point is less, the transmission efficiency is high, the drive motor does not need to change the lubricating oil regularly.
Low operating cost, 100km power consumption is not more than 150kw/h, the electricity price is not higher than 1 RMB /kw/ h, 100km operation cost is not higher than 150 yuan, compared with the 100km operation cost of diesel vehicles: 40 l / 100km fuel consumption *9 RMB /L =360 RMB, 200 RMB per 100km can be saved.
Three electric layout scheme of the whole vehicle (Two Kinds)
The only difference between the two arrangements is the placement of batteries:
The three electric parts are common, such as power steering pump, high voltage control cabinet, motor controller and other parts are arranged in the original engine warehouse, electric pumping pump, charging jack is arranged on the power battery fixed bracket, the electrical parts of the connection line is short, the line is reasonable, saving material (high voltage line) cost.
Scheme 1: Power batteries are arranged at the rear of the cab and on both sides of the frame. This space can accommodate 8~12 boxes of standard battery packs, and the power can reach 282~420kw. h, is more suitable for the original gas vehicle.
Scheme 2: Power battery cloth is all placed on both sides of the frame. If the wheelbase is large, this space can accommodate 8~12 boxes of standard battery packs, and the power can also reach 282~420kw. h, the vehicle counterweight has the best effect, which improves the vehicle handling stability.
