EV Conversion Program Introduction
1. "Cancel the original loader engine, replace it with a PMSM drive motor, the corresponding parameters to reasonably match the associated structure also need to make corresponding changes.Matching motor rated voltage 624VDC, rated torque 1375Nm, rated power 267kw, peak speed 3500rpm, completely covering the external characteristic curve of the engine which can meet the needs of various working conditions." 
2. Eliminating the fuel tank and exchange the power source by the EV Power Battery.
3. The elimination of the engine and the associated accessories, the original hydraulic system, and the transmission cooling system requires the development of an electronic oil cooler. 
4. Retrofitting to a new energy EV loader, involving the redesign of instrumentation parameters and displays.
5. Retrofitting  to a new energy EV loader, which requires replacement of electrical equipment and requires combing of the original wiring harnesses, etc.  
6. VCU needs to be targeted to develop new control logic.

After Sales Service
All changed systems will be debugged at the our owned test platform, and all systems will be packaged and sent to customers after testing, and customers can install them directly after getting them without secondary debugging, which greatly saves customers' change time; In Addition, the modular reformulation program guarantees that customers can complete the reformulation work in 2 days after receiving the materials.
