The production process of Ev Pickup is much simpler, mainly consisting of an electric chassis and a cab. The assembly of electric chassis is mainly battery and control system. Pickup cab and passenger car production process is somewhat similar, are formed by stamping spot welding. Of course, the whole circuit system is still very different from the traditional fuel car. But the EV Pickup also has a lot of technology improvements, and the whole cab is very technological.

The Ev Pickup Painting is also the same as the passenger car, all the cab parts are subjected to cathode electrophoresis, making the vehicle has more than 10 years of corrosion resistance. The paint spraying is generally four processes, primer, medium paint, top paint and color strip decoration. We can spray different finishes according to customers' needs, such as adding customers' logos and some slogans. It's more beautiful, and it fits the local cultural needs.

Ev Pickup Assembly
The Ev Pickup Assembly is divided into two parts, which we generally refer to as the chassis line and the interior line. Chassis line refers to the chassis on which the drive motor, battery and control system, primary axle and suspension system are mounted. interior line refers to the installation of all upholstery pieces to the painted body of the Pickup, including the seats, center console, floor, steering wheel, and upholstery seals. The two parts are then passed through the final line and assembled into a perfect electric Pickup.

The commissioning and programming of electric Pickups are different from ordinary passenger cars. Normally, we would assemble the chassis first and debug some chassis performance, as it is easier to see some problems with the drive motor and axle suspension. Usually we also do road testing, and even according to the needs of the customer, we can develop all the tires with steering function, which means the Pickup can turn in place, so that the ev Pickup can use different areas of reverse work.

Testing of electric Pickup, in addition to the regular tests like four-wheel positioning, we have added more road testing. Since the most important function of electric Pickups is to transport goods, there are many changes in road conditions. For different roads, we need to ensure the Pickup's loading capacity and driving stability. We have a special road test site, and each vehicle has undergone internal strict road testing, including bumpy roads, stone roads and various potholes.
