FAQ
Single Chain Plate
Car Single Chain Plate
Components
Conveyor Chain: This is the main conveying component of the system, which is usually made of high-strength steel and can withstand heavy loads and high-intensity working environment.
Chain Plate: A flat plate mounted on the chain that provides a smooth surface for placing and transferring parts or bodies.
Drive: Usually consists of an electric motor and reducer to provide power to move the chain.
Guides: Used to support and guide the movement of the chain to ensure it runs smoothly along a predetermined route.
Control System: Includes PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), sensors and other control equipment to monitor and control the automated operation of the entire conveying process.
Working Principle
Veneer Chain Conveyor System drives the chain through an electric motor to move it along the guide rail. The parts or bodies on the chain move along with the chain and are transferred from one station to the next. The control system detects the position and status of the chain by means of sensors and PLC to ensure the accurate transfer of materials and the coordinated operation of the whole production line.

Advantages
Efficient: Automated conveying reduces manual operation and improves production efficiency.
Reliable: The design of chain and chain plate ensures stable operation under heavy load and complex environment.
Flexible: It can be customized and adjusted according to different production requirements, with strong adaptability.
Safety: Automation control reduces human error and improves the safety of the production process.

Application Scenarios
Automobile assembly line: for transferring body, chassis and other large parts.
Parts production line: for transferring core parts such as engine, gearbox and so on.
Paint shop: for transferring car bodies during the painting process.

What is the Drag Chain Transfer Line
An automotive floor track chain conveyor system is a kind of automated conveyor equipment for automotive manufacturing and assembly, which is mainly installed on the ground and utilizes chains to transfer vehicles or parts in the track. The following is a detailed description of the system:

Components
Chain: the main conveying component of the system, usually made of high-strength steel, capable of withstanding heavy loads.
Track: installed on the ground to guide the running path of the chain, usually made of steel or other high-strength materials.
Drive Unit: Includes an electric motor and reducer to provide power for the chain.
Carrier: a supporting device installed on the chain, used to carry vehicles or parts.
A tensioning device: regulates the tension of the chain to ensure its normal operation.
Control System: Including PLC (programmable logic controller), sensors, etc., used to monitor and control the operation of the system.
Safety devices: such as an emergency stop button, a guardrail, etc., to ensure the safety of operators.
Working Principle
The in-ground rail chain conveyor system runs along the rail by means of an electric motor-driven chain. Carriers are mounted on the chain, and parts or complete vehicle bodies are placed on the carriers and transferred through the production line as the chain moves. The control system monitors the position and speed of the chain by means of sensors to ensure accurate material transfer and coordinated operation of the production line.
