Car Welding Line
Car Welding Line is the most important process of the whole production line, It means to weld all the parts to the car body. The key equipments are the jigs and the welding system. Jigs also call the welding fixture. The jigs are to improve the welding precision of the car body, and the car welding line uses the spot welding process to make the body has enough strength. For the customers, CKD car production line will need the car welding line. It has high technical requirements.
The full aotomatic car welding line is widely used in modern automobile enterprises. use the whole robot welding system and robot tranfer system to make the high efficiency. 
The welding jigs and fixtures normally have the manual type and the pneumatic clamping form. The manual form is more cost-sfficient, and used for the 1-3 JPH, lower capacity car facoty. For the whole automatic welding line must use the automatic jigs to meet the robot welding system and controlled by the PLC system.

Rain Test Chamber
After the car is assembled off the assembly line in the final assembly workshop. It will pass the rain test chamber testing, and one of the detection lines is the rain test chamber. The car rain test is mainly used to simulate the natural rainfall environment, and is used to test the waterproof sealing performance of the car, whick is an indispensable test for the new car.

Final Inspection Channel
Introduction
After the car assembly line, the car needs to pass through the final inspection line, also known as the light channel. Used to detect the damage of the body after the final assembly process, according to different needs, set defferent lighting brightness light box, the light brightness can reach 1200-2000 Lux.
